NfinityLabs, a simplified joint stock company with share capital of 2,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 917473324, whose registered office is located at 39 rue de la Gare de Reuilly, 75012 Paris (hereinafter referred to as "NfinityLabs"), publisher and operator of the "www.nfinitylabs.co" website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), has drawn up these general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the "GCU"), governing access to and use of the Site.
ARTICLE 1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GGU
Before using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and accept them without restriction or reservation.
These GCU also apply to any variation or extension of the Site on existing or future social or community networks or applications.
We recommend that you download and/or print them for future reference.
ARTICLE 2. SITE ACCESS
To access the Site, you must have terminal equipment connected to the Internet. You are responsible for all costs relating to your digital environment (hardware, software and network connection), in particular Internet connection costs.
NfinityLabs may refuse access to the Site to any person who does not comply with these GCU.
ARTICLE 3. RESPONSIBILITIES
NfinityLabs uses its best efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information and content on the Site, but cannot guarantee the performance, completeness or reliability of such information and content.
NfinityLabs is not responsible for technical, computer or compatibility problems or failures, affecting the availability or use of the Site, due to reasons or circumstances beyond its control.
NfinityLabs is also not responsible for any damage that may result from the use of the Site, including loss of data, deterioration, destruction or viruses that may affect your computer equipment.
ARTICLE 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The entire Site, its structure and content (texts, tables, graphics, images, photographs, videos, sounds, databases, applications and software), are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights of NfinityLabs or its suppliers and service providers.
Any unauthorized representation, reproduction, adaptation, modification or use is prohibited and may constitute an infringement under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
ARTICLE 5. AVAILABILITY
NfinityLabs endeavours to provide access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control, without guaranteeing any result or minimum level of quality as to its availability.
NfinityLabs may at any time and without notice suspend or limit access to the Site, in order to carry out maintenance, updates, modify its content, or any other action necessary for its proper operation.
ARTICLE 6. HYPERTEXT LINKS
The Site may contain hypertext links to other websites or external sources.
NfinityLabs assumes no responsibility for the information, advertising, products, services, or other content available on these external sites or sources.
NfinityLabs authorizes the establishment of hypertext links to the Site, provided that the source site does not contain any illegal, violent or pornographic content, and excluding any use of these links for commercial or advertising purposes. NfinityLabs reserves the right to object.
ARTICLE 7. PERSONAL DATA
NfinityLabs undertakes to process the personal data of Site users in a manner that respects their privacy and complies with current French and European legislation.

What data is collected?
NfinityLabs collects information that you agree to provide by means of forms on the Site, when you contact us. The compulsory nature of the data is indicated at the time of collection by an asterisk.
Why is your data collected?
Your data is processed on the legal basis of the legitimate interests of NfinityLabs :
- To manage and improve the Site's performance, functionality and customization;
- For statistical and activity analysis of the Site ;
- To combat fraud and improve Site security.
Your data is processed on the legal basis of your consent:
- For advertising profiling and commercial prospecting by postal or electronic means for the benefit of NfinityLabs
How long is your data stored?
Your data will be kept for a period of 3 years from the date of your last activity on the Site.
To whom is your data transmitted?
Your data may be transmitted to NfinityLabs employees, as well as to subcontractors involved in the proper operation of the Site: IT service providers (hosting, maintenance, security, etc.), payment service providers, technical and logistics subcontractors, statistical analysis and communication consultants.
Your data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union. In this case, in the absence of an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission, NfinityLabs undertakes to implement all appropriate measures to ensure that such data is subject to protection substantially equivalent to that guaranteed in the European Union, in particular by recourse to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. What are your rights?
You can access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.
You may also object to the processing of your data, for reasons relating to your particular situation, except in the case of commercial prospecting, to which you may object without giving any reason.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to withdrawal.
You have the right to port your data.
You may issue instructions concerning the retention, deletion or communication of your personal data after your death.

ARTICLE 8. COOKIES
NfinityLabs uses cookies and other tracers for the sole purpose of enabling or facilitating electronic communication or as strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.

ARTICLE 9. FORCE MAJEURE
NfinityLabs shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to meet its obligations caused by a case of force majeure, as usually defined by the French courts.
ARTICLE 10. MODIFICATIONS
NfinityLabs reserves the right to modify these GCU at any time and without notice, in particular to adapt to changes in the Site through the provision of new features or the deletion or modification of existing features.
ARTICLE 11. PARTIAL NULLITY
If one or more stipulations of these GCU are declared null and void by application of the law, a regulation or a final decision of a French court, the other stipulations will retain their full force and scope.
ARTICLE 12. APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
This contract is governed exclusively by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
